Based on the selected sieve diameter and mesh structure, this precise classification process directs standard-sized, high-quality feed to the next process (such as packaging or coating) while routing separated dust and off-spec particles back into the system for reprocessing. Its reinforced compact structure remains stable even under high-tonnage loads. Configurable as a 2 or 3-deck system depending on operational needs, the AVS3004 offers operational flexibility by separating products of different sizes simultaneously.
