• DOUBLE SHAFT CONDITIONER

It provides steam annealing of the semi-finished product before pelleting. The products annealed with liquid enzyme and molasses additives are transferred to the pellet press machine in a more homogeneous state.

• FEATURES

- The diameter and rotation speed of the two shafts are different, with the opposite direction of rotation, it shows a different movement, which makes the materials, steam and liquid mix completely, intersecting with the paddles of the two shafts.

- The maximum conditioning time can be up to 180 seconds. Full conditioning is ensured by the high cooking degree of the semi-finished product and the stability of the liquid.

- Conditioning time can be extended with adjustable paddle directions.

- Body structure, pads and shafts are made of AISI304 quality stainless steel.

- Energy saving is achieved thanks to the double transmission gearbox structure.
